Returns

Our ultimate objective is to please our customers. To initiate a return email us at info@sicktoiz.com. Please provide your name and order number. We will contact you with further instructions. Sicktoiz products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, all tags attached if applicable and in original packaging. Return shipping is free within the US.

Refunds

Once your package has been received, we will notify you via email that your return is being processed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of being received. If the return is accepted, your original method of payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days. Some banking institutions may take longer to post refunds. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, check with your issuing banking before contacting us. If the return is not eligible for a refund, we will contact you by email. These items will not be returned to customers.

Exchanges

If for any reason you want to exchange your product, email us at info@sicktoiz.com. Please provide your name and order number. We will contact you with further instructions. There are no shipping fees on exchanges within the US.
